Microwave Mug Brownie
Makes one gooey mug brownie, probably big enough for two people to share, but no shame if you eat the whole thing yourself.
Inspired by this recipe by Celebrating Sweets.
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
salt, just a pinch
2 generous tablespoons chocolate chips
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil (or melted butter)
3 tablespoons milk (I typically use almond milk)
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients first—sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt. You can mix everything right in the mug.
Add chocolate chips (be generous, you have one life to live) and give them a stir.
Add wet ingredients—vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix to combine.
Microwave for 90 seconds.
Enjoy a warm, delicious mug brownie.
